Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Premium access is a one-time payment of ₹499 that gives you lifetime access to contact details. It is a digital service delivered immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
• Duplicate or failed payments: if you were charged twice, or money was debited but Premium was not activated within 48 hours, contact us with your Profile ID and transaction ID. Eligible amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• UPI payments we cannot verify (wrong transaction ID or amount) are rejected. You can resubmit the correct transaction ID or contact us.
• Accounts terminated for breaking our Terms are not eligible for a refund.
